T.S.V Panduranga Sarma is a Bachelor of Commerce, Fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Associate Member of The
Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Having started his career
with the Department of Company Affairs, Shri Panduranga Sarma held
various positions such as Assistant in the Office of ROC during 1960
- 1964; Class - I Officer in DCA 1964 - 1970; Deputy Director - 1970
- 1976; Registrar of Companies and Joint Director (Inspection) -
1976-1982; Additional Director - DCA - MRTP commission - 1982 -
1985; Regional Director & Director of Inspection & Investigation -
1985 - 1988. Shri Panduranga Sarma was Director General in the rank
of Joint Secretary at MRTP Commission between 1988 and 1995. After
retirement in 1985 Shri Panduranga Sarma, started practicing as a
Chartered Accountant and is Consultant to Sahara Group of Companies
on Corporate matters. He is also on the Board of many of the
companies as Director dealing with Company Law and Corporate
matters. He is associated with ICSI & ICAI on examination matters.
